Nine arche bridge demodara in sri lanka

  I went to see the Nine Arche Bridge in Sri Lanka. I will keep the information for the visitors as follows.


This nine-arched bridge, also known as the Demodara Bridge, is located between the Demodara Railway Station in Sri Lanka and the Ella and is located in the Badulla District of the Uva Province.



It is located at an altitude of 3100 m above sea level among the highest peaks in the central highlands. Its total length is 91.44 meters, width is 7.62 meters and height is 24.38 meters.




Built in 1921, it is completely finished. It is made of brick, stone and cement. The Nine Arche Bridge is a popular tourist attraction.
